Emanuele Portolese, is a former leadership consultant, nuclear weapons electronics specialist, and director of the largest private sector technical and academic exchange between the US, the USSR and the People's Republic of China. He has spoken before audiences in the White House, Kremlin, and Great Hall of the People and was the keynote speaker at the Brandenburg Gate for a commemoration of the fifth anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall.
